1)  you must be registered and logged in.

2)  Click on the "List of All Xpress Users"

3)  click on the name of the individual you wish to send a private message to.

4)  click on "PRIVATE MESSAGE"

5)  type your message and send.

6)  that message is private and no one can view it except that individual.
